Widya Wisesa is furnished with meeting equipment, such as tables, chairs, LCD, flipcharts. This room uses banquet chairs for any event held here. High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided to help you stay connected.

Widya Manggala
Widya Manggala is furnished with meeting equipment, such as tables, chairs, LCD, flipcharts. This room uses banquet chairs for any event held here. This room is a lot bigger than the other rooms, that can accomodate 400 pax, and High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided to help you stay connected.

Widya Candra is located only on the 3rd floor, exclusively prepared for VIP guests, and can be used as a transit place for VIP guests, before the event starts. This room uses VIP chairs for any event held here.

Widya Kencana
Widya Kencana is located only on the 3rd floor, exclusively prepared for VIP guests, and can be used as a transit place for VIP guests, before the event starts. This room uses VIP chairs for any event held here.
Chapel
Widya Mandala Hall has a Chapel with a capacity of 50 to 400 people. It is for an internal regular mass or other kinds of mass, including wedding sacrament.
Ballroom
The ballroom of Widya Mandala Hall is spacious, majestic, and elegant. It is the best hall with modern atmosphere in East Surabaya.
The ballroom can accommodate 500 persons for set menu style and 1,500 persons for a buffet and standing party style. Its’ 1,400 square meter wide and 12 meter of ceiling height makes our ballroom the ultimate venue for annual meetings, conference, exhibition, or wedding celebrations, with the banquet equipment and built-in speakers provided.

Entrance of the Ballroom that can be a registration stand for the events.
